লগইন করে "নতুন অর্ডার" এ ক্লিক করুন। কী লাগবে লিখুন বা স্ক্রিনশট দিন, ম্যাপে দোকান ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা সিলেক্ট করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করুন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?
দূরত্ব অনুযায়ী চার্জ হিসাব হয়। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগেই সম্পূর্ণ চার্জ দেখতে পাবেন।
পণ্যের দাম কীভাবে দেব?
রাইডার দোকান থেকে কিনে বিলের ছবি আপলোড করবে। আপনি ডেলিভারির সময় ক্যাশ দিতে পারবেন অথবা অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন।
আমার অর্ডার কোথায় আছে দেখব কীভাবে?
অর্ডারের পেজে লাইভ ম্যাপে রাইডারের অবস্থান দেখা যাবে। লগইন ছাড়াও "ট্র্যাক" পেজ থেকে অর্ডার নম্বর ও ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে দেখা যায়।
